What material is used for the shock absorbers?
The surface of the parts using anodic oxidation process, and the surface of the oil storage tank is plated with hard chromium, the main body adopts aviation aluminum alloy L6061-T6, the piston rod is made of 35CrMo, Teflon high-pressure oil pipe, German Fuchs vibration damping oil, Japan VALQUA and NOK oil seal.
What is the scale of the factory?
Our workshop covers an area of 5000 square meters, with 1000 square meters of office and research and development space. We have 60 employees, including 20 technical and management personnel, and can produce 20000 sets of shock absorbers annually.
